How PMs and PMMS can work together
Hi everyone,
No blog posts for this month - work has kept me extremely busy!
I did, however, spin up a little presentation for a Keynote I gave at *very private company* - where I was asked to come in and answer a few questions about how PM’s and PMM’s can work together.
I have uploaded the presentation into SlideShare so you can all see it. It is also downloadable, in case you want to use it!
The presentation touches on a few key points:
The difference between PMs and PMMs
How both teams can work together
Details on what collaboration looks like on each step of the product development process
KPIs for GTM based on different approaches (Sales-led, Product-led, or Hybrid)
In the meantime, if you do have any questions about this topic or would like to know more, drop me a message 📧
A REMINDER….
I am joining the fantastic Kate Leto on a coaching development course March 19 - April 16.
What you will learn
You’ll be able to use the most influential professional coaching frameworks that will change how you:
Conduct 1:1s
Give and receive feedback
Structure difficult conversations
Build influential stakeholder relationships
Develop team members to meet their greatest potential
Manage tension and conflict
You'll be confident saying less and asking more so your team members develop a greater sense of accountability and trust.
You’ll be able to help your team members get unstuck by shifting their perspective from problem to solution.
You’ll be able to confidently shift between a coaching mindset and more directive leadership style so that your team is getting the kind of leadership they need from you at all times.
You’ll be able to help those around you identify and challenge their own limiting beliefs that might be holding them back from doing their best work.
You’ll be able to reduce burnout in your team and leadership fatigue in yourself.
Spaces are limited, but your time will be well worth it.
Until next time ✌️
Andrea
